Torta Caprese

Zutaten
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 200g butter
- 200g sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 200g ground almonds
- Icing sugar
Zubereitung
Melt the chocolate with the butter. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then stir in the chocolate mixture and ground almonds.
Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold into the batter.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes, cool, and dust with icing sugar.
