- 150g rocket
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 60g parmesan, shaved
- 50g walnuts, roughly chopped
- Olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt
Zubereitung
Arrange the rocket in a bowl, topped with the pear slices. Scatter with parmesan shavings and chopped walnuts.
Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and honey, and drizzle over the salad.
Season with salt and serve immediately.
