- 100g black olives
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Olive oil, smoked paprika, salt
Bereiding
Segment the oranges, reserving the juice. Arrange on a platter with the onion and olives.
Drizzle with olive oil and a little orange juice, and dust with smoked paprika.
Season with salt and serve chilled.
