- 500g pizza dough
- 250g ricotta
- 150g mozzarella, diced
- 100g ham, diced
- 50g parmesan, grated
- Egg for sealing
Bereiding
Roll out four small rounds of dough. Mix the ricotta, mozzarella, ham and parmesan, and spread over half of each round.
Fold over the other half and seal the edge with beaten egg. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 15-18 minutes until golden.
