- 2 flatbreads, toasted and torn
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint and parsley
- Lemon juice, olive oil, sumac, salt
Priprema
Toast the flatbread pieces until crisp, in the oven or a dry pan.
Mix the tomato, cucumber, onion and herbs. Dress with lemon juice and olive oil, and dust with sumac.
Add the toasted bread just before serving so it stays crisp.
