- 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 100g blue cheese, crumbled
- Lettuce
- Vinaigrette dressing
Postup
Arrange the lettuce on a large, flat platter. Pile the chicken, bacon, egg, avocado and blue cheese on top in neat rows.
Serve the dressing on the side, to be poured over just before eating.
Toss everything together right before serving.
