Salade Niçoise
A classic French salad with tuna, egg, green beans and olives.

Ingredienser
- 2 tins tuna
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 200g green beans, blanched
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 100g kalamata olives
- Lettuce
- Olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard
Fremgangsmåde
Arrange the lettuce on a large platter. Pile the tuna, egg, green beans and tomatoes on top in groups.
Scatter with olives. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar and mustard, and drizzle over just before serving.
