- Lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tin tuna
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 100g tinned asparagus
- 100g black olives
- Olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt

Arrange the lettuce on a platter. Pile the tomato, tuna, egg, asparagus and olives on top.
Dress with olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and serve immediately.
