Zutaten
- 250g flour
- 250ml water
- 60g butter
- 3 eggs
- Oil for frying
- Icing sugar
Zubereitung
Bring the water to the boil with the butter, then off the heat stir in the flour until it forms a ball.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy. Drop spoonfuls of dough into hot oil and fry until golden.
Drain and dust generously with icing sugar.
