3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
Lettuce, to serve

Elkészítés

Toss the apple with lemon juice to prevent browning. Mix the apple, celery, walnuts and raisins.

Add the mayonnaise and toss well. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
