- 150g flour
- 150g ground hazelnuts
- 150g butter
- 100g sugar
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
Elkészítés
Mix the flour, hazelnuts, butter and sugar into a smooth dough.
Shape into small balls and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes.
Let cool completely. Spread half the cookies with melted chocolate and sandwich together with the remaining cookies.
