- 200g flour
- 150g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100ml olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 apples, sliced
- Lemon zest
Elkészítés
Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the oil and lemon zest. Fold in the flour and baking powder.
Pour into a baking tin and press the apple slices into the batter.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes until golden and springy in the centre.
