- 800g new potatoes, boiled and diced
- 150g sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Fresh dill
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- Salt, pepper
Preparazione
Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool slightly and dice. Mix with the sour cream, mayonnaise, onion and dill.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
