- 400g black beans, drained
- 300g corn kernels
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander
- Lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt
Preparazione
Mix the beans, corn, pepper and onion in a bowl. Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil and cumin for the dressing.
Pour over the salad and toss. Scatter with coriander and serve.
