- 100g Roquefort, crumbled
- 60g walnuts, toasted
- Olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt
Preparazione
Slice the endive into thin strips. Mix with the walnuts and crumbled Roquefort.
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar and honey, and drizzle over.
Season with salt and serve immediately.
