Ingrediënten
- 400g trofie pasta
- 80g fresh basil
- 50g pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 80g parmesan, grated
- 150ml olive oil
- Salt
Bereiding
Blend the basil, pine nuts, garlic and parmesan with the olive oil into a smooth pesto.
Cook the trofie until al dente. Toss the drained pasta with the pesto, loosening with a little pasta water if needed.
Serve immediately.
