- 500g white cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 carrots, grated
- 100g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, pepper
Przygotowanie
Finely shred the cabbage and grate the carrots. Mix with the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Chill for at least 30 minutes so the flavours meld. Serve cold as a side dish.
