The classic Greek village salad with tomato, cucumber, olives and feta.

- 4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber, sliced into half-moons
- 1 green pepper, sliced into rings
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 150g kalamata olives
- 200g feta, in a block
- Olive oil, oregano, salt
Preparare
Combine the tomato, cucumber, pepper, onion and olives in a bowl.
Place the block of feta on top. Drizzle generously with olive oil and scatter with oregano.
Season with salt and serve immediately.
