600g mixed fish fillets, cut into pieces
300g shrimp
300g mussels
400g tomato sauce
1 onion, 3 garlic cloves
200ml white wine
Fish stock, olive oil, parsley

Preparare

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add the tomato sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour in the wine and fish stock, and bring to the boil. Add the fish and mussels and cook for 8-10 minutes, adding the shrimp for the final 3 minutes.

Serve scattered with parsley, with toasted bread on the side.
