Bean Salad
A tangy, vinegary bean salad - a cold side dish full of flavour.

Ingrediente
- 400g white beans (tinned or cooked)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Preparare
Rinse the beans if using tinned. Mix with the onion and pepper.
Dress with oil and vinegar, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
