Cucumber Salad with Sour Cream
A traditional Hungarian cucumber salad in a vinegar-sour cream dressing with garlic.

- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 150g sour cream
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt, pepper, dill
Preparare
Salt the cucumber slices, let stand for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid.
Dress with vinegar and sugar. Stir in the sour cream and crushed garlic.
Top with dill and serve chilled.
