A zesty, spiced chickpea salad with fresh vegetables.

- 400g chickpeas, drained
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- Fresh coriander
- Lemon juice, cumin, chilli powder, salt
Preparare
Mix the chickpeas with the cucumber, tomato and onion. Dress with lemon juice, and dust with cumin and chilli powder.
Season with salt and toss. Top with fresh coriander and serve.
