Panna Cotta
A silky vanilla cream dessert served with a berry sauce.

Ingrediente
- 500ml double cream
- 80g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 6g gelatine
- Berry sauce to serve
Preparare
Soak the gelatine in cold water. Warm the cream with the sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves, without boiling.
Remove from the heat and stir in the squeezed gelatine until dissolved.
Pour into moulds, chill for at least 4 hours, and serve with berry sauce.
