Chicken Tacos
Juicy spiced chicken in warm tortillas with fresh toppings.
Sestavine
- 600g chicken thighs, diced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 onion, diced
- Fresh coriander
- Salsa and lime wedges to serve
Priprava
Toss the chicken with cumin, paprika, chilli powder, garlic and lime juice, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Cook the chicken in a hot pan for 8-10 minutes until charred at the edges and cooked through.
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or over a flame. Fill each tortilla with chicken, diced onion and coriander.
Serve with salsa and extra lime wedges on the side.
