Classic Potato Salad
A classic mayonnaise-based potato salad with spring onion and mustard.

Ingredientes
- 1kg potatoes, diced and boiled
- 150g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- Salt, pepper
Elaboración
Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool slightly. Mix with the mayonnaise and mustard.
Add the spring onions, folding gently so the potatoes don't break up.
Season with salt and pepper, and serve warm or chilled.
