- 250g brown lentils, cooked
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh coriander
- Lemon juice, olive oil, salt

Dress with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt. Top with fresh coriander and serve.
