Mussels quickly steamed in a garlicky tomato broth.

- 1.5kg mussels, cleaned
- 400g tinned tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced
- 150ml white wine
- Fresh parsley, olive oil, chilli flakes
Gör så här
Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the tomatoes, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in the wine, add the mussels, and cover. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mussels open.
Serve scattered with parsley and chilli flakes, with bread on the side.
