Pasta alla Boscaiola
"Woodsman's pasta" - a creamy sauce with mushrooms and Italian sausage.

- 400g tagliatelle or penne
- 300g mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 200g Italian sausage, crumbled
- 150ml double cream
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil, parsley, parmesan
Zubereitung
Brown the sausage in olive oil. Add the garlic and mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms soften.
Pour in the cream and simmer for a few minutes. Add the drained pasta, toss, and serve with parmesan and parsley.
