WHAT WE ANSWER FAST
A coupon that does not work. A wrong or dead link. A store listed that should not be. These we fix within 24 hours — usually the same day.
Please include the store name and the code, if there is one. That is enough for us to find it.
FOR STORES AND NETWORKS
If you run a shop or an affiliate programme and want your offers listed, write to the same address. Tell us the network you work with and the markets you ship to.
If you want something removed, say so plainly and we will take it down — no negotiation, no delay.
FOR PRESS AND PARTNERS
Media kit and traffic figures are on the media kit page. For anything else, the same address works.
WHAT WE CANNOT DO
We cannot change a store's prices, extend an expired code, or help with an order you already placed. For those, contact the store directly — they hold your order, we do not.
