Valmistus

Mix the ground almonds with the sugar. Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into the almond mixture with the extract.

Shape into small balls, roll in icing sugar, and place on baking paper.

Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15-18 minutes until slightly cracked on top.
