Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad

- 1 head napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 50g toasted almonds, sliced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
Valmistus
Thinly slice the napa cabbage. Mix with the spring onions and almonds.
Whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey.
Pour over the salad, toss, and serve immediately.
