- 300g chicken livers, trimmed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 50ml white wine
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Olive oil, salt
Valmistus
Sauté the onion in olive oil, add the chicken livers, and cook through.
Pour in the wine, add the anchovies, and simmer briefly. Blend or finely chop the mixture into a creamy pâté.
Spread on toasted bread slices and serve warm.
