- 400g penne
- 400g tinned tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
Valmistus
Cook the penne until al dente. Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic and chilli flakes until fragrant.
Add the tomatoes, season with salt, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until thickened.
Toss with the drained pasta and serve scattered with parsley.
