Caesar Salad
The classic restaurant salad with crisp croutons and a creamy dressing.

- 2 heads romaine lettuce, torn
- 300g grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 80g parmesan, grated
- 100g croutons
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 anchovy fillets
- Olive oil, lemon juice, garlic
Valmistus
Blend the egg yolks, anchovies, garlic and lemon juice, then slowly whisk in the olive oil until thick.
Toss the lettuce with most of the dressing. Add the croutons and half the parmesan.
Top with the chicken and the remaining parmesan.
