Farfalle al Salmone
Bow-tie pasta with smoked salmon in a creamy sauce.

- 400g farfalle
- 200g smoked salmon, sliced into strips
- 200ml double cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Fresh dill or chives
- Butter, salt, pepper
Elaboración
Sauté the onion in butter until softened. Add the cream, bring to a simmer, and cook briefly until slightly thickened.
Stir in most of the smoked salmon, and season with salt and pepper.
Add the drained pasta, toss, and serve with the remaining salmon and dill.
