- 250g brown lentils, cooked
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh coriander
- Lemon juice, olive oil, salt
Elaboración
Rinse and cool the cooked lentils. Mix with the onion, cumin and paprika.
Dress with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt. Top with fresh coriander and serve.
