Budino al Cioccolato
A rich, velvety chocolate pudding - a quick, always-popular dessert.
Ingredients
- 150g dark chocolate
- 500ml milk
- 40g cornflour
- 60g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
Method
Mix the cornflour, sugar and egg yolks with a little cold milk.
Warm the remaining milk and slowly pour it into the mixture, stirring constantly.
Add the chopped chocolate and heat until it forms a thick cream.
Pour into glasses and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
