Bibimbap
A colourful Korean rice bowl topped with seasoned vegetables, beef and a fried egg.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 courgette, julienned
- 100g spinach
- 100g beansprouts
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- Sesame seeds
Method
Marinate the beef in a little soy sauce and sesame oil for 15 minutes, then stir-fry until browned.
Blanch the spinach and beansprouts separately, then season each with a little sesame oil and salt.
Stir-fry the carrot and courgette separately until just tender.
Fry the eggs sunny-side up. Divide the rice between bowls and arrange the beef and vegetables on top in sections, finishing with a fried egg.
Serve with gochujang on the side and mix everything together before eating.
