- 400g spaghetti
- 1kg mussels, cleaned
- 300g tomato sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 120ml white wine
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil, chilli flakes
Postup
Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the mussels and wine, and cook covered until they open.
Remove half the mussels from their shells, keeping the rest whole for presentation.
Add the tomato sauce to the mussel liquid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the drained pasta and mussels, toss together, and serve with parsley.
