1. The Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is www.kingofcoupons.com (hereinafter referred to as: the Organizer).
2. Duration of the Sweepstakes
The sweepstakes will run from September 20, 2025, at 00:00 AM to October 31, 2025, at 23:59 PM.
3. Conditions of Participation
3.1. The sweepstakes is open to all adults with a permanent residence in one of the following countries: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Romania, Canada, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Finland, Australia, USA, or Brazil. (hereinafter referred to as: the Entrant).
3.2. To participate, entrants must follow at least one of the following King of Coupons platforms during the sweepstakes period. The more platforms an Entrant follows, the greater their chances of winning.
3.3. Each follow counts as a separate entry in the sweepstakes. Therefore, a person can enter multiple times by following on multiple platforms.
3.4. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Entrant from the sweepstakes for entries that do not comply with the rules, are manipulated, or involve any behavior incompatible with the spirit of the game.
4. Prize
One winner will be drawn to receive a voucher worth 100 EUR or 100 USD, which the winner can choose. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form and is non-transferable.
5. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place after the closing of the sweepstakes on November 5, 2025. The draw will be conducted randomly from all valid entries that comply with the rules. One lucky entrant will be drawn. No re-draw will be held.
6. Prize Delivery
6.1. The winner will be notified immediately after the draw, no later than November 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
6.2. The winner must respond within 3 business days of notification to provide the necessary information for prize delivery. If they fail to do so, the winner will forfeit their right to the prize.
6.3. The Organizer will send the prize to the winner via postal/electronic mail in a manner agreed upon with the winner.
7. Data Management
The personal data of participants (e.g., email, social media account name) will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes, identifying the winner, and delivering the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). The data will be deleted within 8 days after the completion of the sweepstakes and the delivery of the prize. The Organizer may publish the winner's name if they consent.
8. Other Provisions
8.1. By participating in the sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to the terms of these rules.
8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the rules if external circumstances (e.g., changes to Facebook's policies) or the smooth operation of the sweepstakes warrant it. Any modifications to the rules will be publicly announced by the Organizer.
8.3. The Organizer is not responsible for any damages or disruptions arising from technical problems (e.g., internet outage, Facebook platform errors, phone or computer malfunction) that may occur during the sweepstakes.
8.4. In case of any disputes related to the sweepstakes, the Organizer's decision shall be final.
8.5. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
